Been a customer for 7 years and have yet to be disappointed in service

Terrific. Wow, needed a boat cover 20 minutes before their closing. They were able to locate one to fit. Not only did we buy it, these great guys assisted with getting it on the boat. Can't say enough about how terrific they are.

Everyone was so nice. Bought a used pontoon boat 3 years ago and I still talk about how great that experience was. Everyone was so nice. Being somewhat older I have dealt with many businesses over the years and nothing compared to the Miller staff. I was telling another person who was looking for a boat about my experience and they said that was just what they wanted to hear and headed that way.

Purchase and repair/upgrades. Today is June 10 2022 just need a moment to tell my experiences at Millers Marine in Ocala . I purchased my Mckeecraft used from them before May they gave me a good deal. Being a former yacht captain and marine buisiness owner for over half my life I know value and professionalism when I experience it . Long story short I asked them to rebuild the Yamaha ,found a few issues . We all decided a complete rebuild was in my best interests. Yes I waited for parts for awhile but they kept me up to date on what was happening. These are True Professionals who care about their customers and Will go to any length to solve any issues. I Highly recommend doing buisiness with them . I want to thank Seth the GM , Jr ,Bud and Wayne in Service Mackenzie and Shawn up front . Exceptional Service Thankyou

Great customer service. Overall everyone that I dealt with was great. Had some motor issues but was told if I had any problems to bring it back, to which I did. The service department helped me right out and were very respectful in resolving the problem ( something that is rare to find anymore). As in most cases the issue was the operator, but as said I was shown what I was doing wrong in a very respectful manner and everything is great. Hats off to the complete team at Millers.

Great experience. Went to Miller's Marine looking for a used boat and met short Brad he was very patient and showed me the line up of used boats , actually ended up finding the boat that I have always wanted, he helped me get the paperwork done and sent it to Franchesca and got the ball rolling , can't wait to pick up my new boat next week thanks again to short Brad and Franchesca

Brad Weeks. Brad was very helpful. Didnt try to pressure or forced us into buying some thing. He listen to our needs and showed us some product that was suitable for what we wanted. In the future I think when I do look for a larger boat I will be back to see Brad. Excellent sales person.

We Bought a boat!!! Brad weeks was excellent! I am a bit difficult when purchasing high dollar items. I have mull everything I compare and check reviews to the extent my wife gets frustrated with. Brad was patient understanding and allowed me the space and time to make my decision. That is rare in the competing business of sales. To say the least he made it a no stress purchase that I cannot express the appreciation for that buying experience. The management and the financing department with the great Length to get us where we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. All in all miller marine in Ocala is a great place to buy a lot of fun for the family.

Great service experience. Living in Leesburg, fl. we purchased our 2020 Bayliner from Holiday Marine in Leesburg, a mistake. We were referred to Millers by a friend in Leesburg after taking our boat to Millers for a lingering service problem that Holiday could not fix. I told them i thought it was a fuel issue but they could not find a problem. I drove the boat to Millers for the service issue. The problem was solved easily, a bad fuel filter. Everyone from the moment we arrived until we left was friendly, went out of their way to be helpful, very professional. The service manager was great, the parts dept was great, i cannot recommend Millers enough. We even sent our close friends Mike Ewing and his wife to Millers who ended up buying a new boat.

Nice people to deal with. Purchased a replacement trailer for my 2005 SeaArkgreat service snd trailer is a perfect fit !

Definitely Recommend. Traded a new outboard that didn't fit my needs, didn't even buy it there. They offered me a more than fair deal on a new replacement outboard. Very Happy. Wouldn't buy a boat or take one to get fixed by anyone other than millers! We bought a 2013 tidewater brand new and a few of the cushions had a couple of barely visible spots, so they replaced all of them, no questions asked, we've also added things to boat and there mechanics are great!! Very happy with boat and service we have received this past year!

VERY PLEASED. We bought our 2017 Sea Skiff in April. We had to bring the boat in a few times but the issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. The Sea Skiff has enough room to fish comfortably with 4 people! We are very pleased with the service from our sales rep to the service department. Everyone is a pleasure to speak with.
